My Final Donation Update (for today at least)

It seems as though the donations have stagnated at the 51% mark and we are about $490 short of the $1000 goal. I would like to thank all of those people who have donated thus far and encourage anyone who hasn't yet to give whatever you can. $5, $10, or $15, any amount is appreciated.
If you are "on the fence" whether or not you should donate, just remember that for every $5 you give you get a chance to win the iPod Nano (graciously donated by Cory Reinert at Insight.com) I'm just dying to give away tomorrow night.
Remember, you will have the opportunity to donate all the way until Monday at 5pm EDT when the donation page will close and we will start the drawing for the iPod Nano.

Hi Joe, I have been keeping up on the Blog-a-thon and am praying that God will touch everyones heart to give. I have told everyone I know and asked them to spread the word. Alot of people knows what my family went through raising two children with OI and the pain and all of the surgeries we went through and I can not beleive they have not helped. I wished I could make a sizeable donation my self but my husband and I both are not able to work and the government only gives us enough money to verly pay our house payment and utilities. If I make any money off of my book I promise I will give the 10% like I told you to our worthy cause. I admire you for you effert on trying to raise the money to help all who suffer from OI. God Bless you Joe and I am praying really hard that God will make a miricle happen and before this is up you get past your goal. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done to speard the awareness and support for that suffers from OI. GOD BLESS YOU
